Pathways Health is contracted by the Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB) to provide a range of community-based and supported accommodation services to support people around practical daily living, leading a healthy life, employment and housing to shape their own future and achieve their goals and dreams. Most of our services are accessed via a referral from specialist mental health services at the CDHB.
