This team provides consultation, liaison, assessment, treatment, follow-up, education and training, based in the community and the Canterbury Prisons. A liaison nurse based at the Christchurch Courts coordinates the Court Liaison Service, assessing people for whether they may require a report under the Criminal Procedure Mentally Impaired Persons Act 2003 and to advise the Court about mental health issues of people appearing. Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
